4. GARMENT FIT AND SIZING

Fit can vary from one piece to another based on design and fabric. Some outfits are structured, others have a relaxed fit. Please consult our Size Guide before placing an order. We also offer custom sizing on request to ensure the best fit for you.

5. COLOR REPRESENTATION

We try our best to accurately showcase product colors, but colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device settings. We encourage you to factor in possible slight variations when placing an order.

6. GARMENT CARE

To maintain the beauty and longevity of your garments, we recommend dry cleaning only, unless stated otherwise in specific product care instructions.

7. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION

By using our website or emailing us, you are opting to receive communication from us via digital channels. This includes order confirmations, product updates, or policy changes. These digital messages fulfill any legal requirement for written communication.

8. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel an order, please notify us within 24 hours of placing it. Orders cancelled after this time may not be eligible. Please note that **we do not issue refunds**. However, the full amount can be adjusted toward a different outfit or future purchase.

9. PRICING AND TAX

All product prices include applicable taxes (VAT/GST). Final tax amounts depend on your shipping location and will be calculated at checkout. Extra duties or customs charges may apply for international orders.

10. DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

11. SHIPPING CHARGES

We ship both Domestically and internationally. A flat "international shipping fee of ₹3500" applies at checkout. Domestic shipping rates vary based on location and are calculated during the checkout process.

12. SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY

Once an order is handed over to the courier service, risk and responsibility transfer to the buyer. We will assist you in tracking your order, but we cannot be held responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused during shipping.

13. UPDATES TO TERMS

We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website after updates implies your acceptance of the latest terms.
